Political Analyst, NATO Representation to Ukraine
Alina is an expert in international relations and security and currently serves as a political analyst at the NATO Representation to Ukraine. She previously worked as a senior consultant at the National Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of Ukraine and has additional experience in civil service and working freelance in the fields of foreign policy and security. She is a 2024 Think Visegrad Fellow at PISM, researching Russia’s strategic culture, and a graduate of the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies. Alina holds a PhD in Political Science two master’s degrees in National Security Strategic Management and in International Relations. She is a Visiting Lecturer at the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine. She regularly publishes in media outlets, including the Atlantic Council.
