Alisiya Ivanova is a foreign policy analyst specializing in Eastern European security. She works with the Minsk Dialogue Council on International Relations, where she produces public-facing analysis on international security and regional affairs, and facilitates the Track-2 expert dialogue process. Her research centres on conventional arms control, CSBMs, and the role of small and medium states in Europe's security architecture. She is also affiliated with at Project Syndicate and the Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue (HD), and is a member of the Younger Generation Leaders Network (YGLN). Alisiya holds an MA in International Relations from Central European University and an LL.B. in International Law from Belarusian State University.
