Andrew Carroll Profile

Andrew Carroll is a U.S. Air Force Nuclear & Missile Operations Officer and doctoral candidate in defense and strategic studies at Missouri State University. Andrew previously served as Director of Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Targeting Operations for the 341st Missile Wing, overseeing deterrence operations and treaty compliance for 150 ICBMs. He has also served as an ICBM instructor and evaluator, and as a Policy Fellow with the U.S. Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe

Andrew holds an M.A. in European History & Politics from Columbia University and a B.S. in Foreign Area Studies from the U.S. Air Force Academy.
