Associate Professor, Novosibirsk State Technical University and Novosibirsk State University of Economics and Management
Gleb is a specialist in International Relations with a degree in Translation & Interpretation in English and German (Kemerovo State University, 2012) and a PhD (Cand. Sc.) in Modern and Contemporary History (Tomsk State University, 2015). Currently, he is employed as Associate Professor at Novosibirsk State Technical University (Faculty of Humanities) and Novosibirsk State University of Economics and Management (Department of World Economy, International Relations and Law). He has been an expert at Russian International Affairs Council since 2019 and has published more than 90 scholarly papers (including a monograph and several book chapters) in 6 languages. He has also participated in numerous international conferences in Russia, the UAE, Germany, Azerbaijan, Switzerland, France, Austria, Kazakhstan and Iran.
