Kristine Madden

Kristine is a nuclear expert and international civil servant specializing in nonproliferation, nuclear energy, IAEA safeguards, and gender mainstreaming. Kristine holds a master’s degree in international relations from the University of Cambridge, where her dissertation focused on identifying factors for success in the negotiation of nuclear arms control treaties. Kristine also holds a bachelor’s degree in nuclear engineering and radiological sciences from the University of Michigan.
