Ruxandra Seniuc
Former Diplomat, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania

Ruxandra Seniuc is a former diplomat at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania. Her work ranges across post-Soviet affairs, strategic studies and conflict mediation, having previously served as adviser to the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office’s Special Representative for the South Caucasus. She is a member of several professional networks focused on arms control, East-West relations, and the governance of AI in the military domain. Ruxandra holds an MSc in Russian and East European Studies from the University of Oxford and a BA in Criminology from Durham University.
