Political Advisor (APA), European Parliament

Tetiana is an accredited parliamentary assistant on political affairs to the MEP Marek Balt, European Parliament as well as a Research Consultant at the Odessa Center for Nonproliferation (OdCNP). Tetiana holds a Ph.D. in Political Sciences (2021), MA degree in EU International Relations and Diplomacy Studies, College of Europe (2018) and MA degree in international relations, Odessa I.I. Mechnikov University(2015). Dr. Melnyk made number of fellowships including CNS at MIIS; NATO, Ukrainian embassy in Latvia, EU mission to Ukraine etc and is an author of a number of international and Ukrainian publications. Her scientific interests include: Nuclear deterrence, weapons, strategy and policy; arms control, nonproliferation, and disarmament in conjunction with European and Euro-Atlantic security; EU transition to green energy and climate neutrality.
