Ying Li

Project Associate, Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue

Ying Li Profile

Ying Li is a Project Associate in the China Programme at the Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue, where she facilitates U.S.–China and EU–China arms control dialogues. She holds Master’s degrees in Nonproliferation and Terrorism Studies (Middlebury Institute of International Studies) and International Relations (Tsinghua University). Her experience includes research at the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies, work with SCRAP Weapons and the China Arms Control and Disarmament Association, and participation in the SIPRI Summer School, Moscow Nonproliferation Conference, and 63rd Pugwash Conference. Her research focuses on strategic stability, emerging technologies, and arms control.
