Samningatækninámskeiðið ACONA er 12 mánaða námskeið fyrir upprennandi leiðtoga á sviði afvopnunarmála, -tækni og alþjóðasamninga. Á námskeiðinu er meðal annars farið yfir sögulegar tilviksrannsóknir,tæknikunnáttu og samningatækni á sviði afvopnunarmála. Þátttakendur í námskeiðinu fá viðurkenningu í lok námskeiðsins og verða hluti af tengslaneti ACONA sem samanstendur af sérfræðingum á sviði afvopnunarmála og samningatækni. Á hverju ári tekur ACONA á móti nýjum hópi sérfræðinga.
